  1. ^ Ahhhh...yes, I understand the heat. It always sets off a migraine for me, hence why I hate summer. Humidity sets off my asthma as well.

You poor thing, you are just too young for such health ailments. I hope they get the right stuff for you in regards to your asthma. I know how it feels to not be able to breathe.

I really live in the wrong place for the heat too. I mean its already topping off at almost 90 everyday. A few more weeks we'll be at 100 and its only going to keep going up and it wont be cold until mid november. 2 and a half more years and Ill be able to move somewhere else for college thats a little cooler.

I dont have to worry too much about humidity here, it usually just dry and hot. But when it is humid my coach makes sure I dont push myself to hard because it does really mess up my breathing too.

At least they like to give scholarships to athletes with asthma, expecially runners. :)

  2. Ref, I have some inhaler that I use before I run and my fast acting inhaler, but thats it, and its not workign so well. Im gonna go back to the doctor soon and ask her about it because it really makes it hard to run in track. Cross country I'd just have to get through one race and be done. But track I run one race then another 30 minutes later and another like 20 minutes later, and it really makes it hard to run when Im coughing so bad that it making me gag.

And the migraines, Ive been in and out of doctors for the past 3 years. I went to the neurologist in January and he says I suffer form a kind of migraine thats not very common because of where they are. And gave me a big long list of common reasons of migraines so we can maybe figure out the trigger. Then he put me on topamax, and that reduces the amount of migrianes I get, and also helps ibuprofen and Imitrex help better when I do have them. I think the orginal use of Topamax was for like seizures or something, but then they found it helps migraines. Im begun to think that the heat is one of the reasons for my migraines because during the colder months, all two of them we have here, the amount of migraines I have seems to be less.

  3. 1. How long ago did you join Mudcrutch Farm?

I think like two years ago, but I didnt really post much until this last year.

    2. How did you find out about Mudcrutch Farm?

Im really not sure. Maybe Morgan told me about it.

    3. If someone introduced you to Mudcrutch Farm, is he/she still posting on the Farm?

I think Morgan was the one who introduced me to over here, so yea.

    4. Have you introduced anyone to Mudcrutch Farm?

I try to get people over here, but not many have actually tried it out.

    5. Do you have a Live Journal/MySpace/Facebook site? Is your site public or private/friends only, and why?

I have a myspace and a facebook. Mine are both private I believe, at least myspace. My parnets make me for good reasons.

  4. ^Ive had it pretty bad this week too.Mine have been seperate ones though. But I havent taken my medicine in like two weeks..I kinda lostit...I should get some more.lol. But you know I havent had any of my 1-3 week long migrinaes the last 3 months. So Im happy with my short lasting migraines.

  5. ^ ((Morgan))

Hav you tried Topamax, it really has helped reduce the amount of migraines I get. I mean I was having one every other day if not everyday. Now I get them only like 2 times week.

One more note for the night, I hate hwo the sprinters complain when all they have to do is the 200 meters and the 100 meters, and short stuff like that. Hell I had to run the 800 meter, the mile, and the 2 mile.

  6. ^ Arkansas has some really beautiful areas. :)

Oh I know, we went there a few years ago. I liked driving through, there was some great scenery. I really want to go back and visit my family. My dad keeps saying "were going" "were not going" he needs to decide already! lol.
