    Just another reason I hate working for a school district. We aren't even allowed to look at the little darlings funny, and then we hear the same crap as that grandma said. My leg was broken when I tried to stop a student from beating the teacher with a chair, and his mom told me "You must have made him really mad." He was not suspended or removed from class, and when we had hard feelings about that we were told "You knew these kids were like this when you took the job." Unreal.

    That I still love this band as much as I did back when the love affair started... when I was 12 years old.. ahhhh puppy love... :055:

    I was 12 too- "The Waiting" had just been released. I kept trying to get my mom to take me to Grandma's because she had MTV and they'd play the video every hour.

    Today I learned that my downtairs neighbor has a new amp for his guitar. Can't wait to hear it at 3 a.m.

    ^ True dat. However, the rest of us somehow manage to cope with that discomfort. Therapy and social skills classes exist- if my autistic clients can learn consideration and appropriate behavior in public, then so can everyone else.

    I like the idea of a geezer section for those of us who want to pay attention to the performers, not get attention for ourselves by putting on our own show.
