  1. Well, I don't cook, and Hubby hasn't had any disasters that I know of; he's a very good cook. But one time early in our living together, he made a homemade tomato sauce. Now, it wasn't for me, 'cause tomatoes are my major sensitive food, but the smell of tomato sauce cooking for hours permeated the house, AND my system, and I was sick for three days, just like if I had actually eaten some! It was terrible. Needless to say, he hasn't made any homemade tomato sauce since.

  2. They can't fix the tiny, but deep scratch near the driver's door handle on my new car without repainting the whole door. I told them to forget it. I couldn't pick it up yesterday because of it, because the guy had to look at it today.

    Management at work. See QOTD.

My own lazy ass self. I have to stop letting stress affect my life. I have too many things to get done!

  3. Eat, shower, and get dressed. Too early for a work day, but not if I'm getting my new car!;)

Call the dealership to see if the car's ready. It better be!

    Drive, drive, drive!:spin2:

Might have to shovel a bit.:095:

Eat, take a nap, and go to work.:085:

Deal with the aftermath of Hubby's Friday night fiasco, and hope the new car glowing in the parking lot distracts me and enough of my friends to make it a good night!:P

Definitely some laundry in there, somewhere.

  4. I hate that the weather's so crappy today, so naturally the new car should be finally ready. It's been snowy and rainy, so now it's icy and slushy, and it's going to be really windy this afternoon. Let's drive the new sportscar home in a minefield, shall we? It's stiffer in the pedals than my current car, so it's going to take some getting used to, regardless. We won't be 'one' for a while.

  5. Well, like I've said, I haven't been able to really get into this album, and my MP3 is constantly on shuffle, and it apparently hasn't gotten into this album either! I know I've heard every song at least once, but they're not sticking. So far, I know what I don't like: Don't Pull Me Over, Good Enough, and Lover's Touch. Maybe they'll grow on me, but not yet.

  6. 1. In your bathroom(s) at home, do you have towels, bath carpet, shower curtain and accessories that all match, or are your colors more random? I'm a very color coordinated person. My bathroom is black, white, and chrome, period!

    2. What brand of toothpaste do you use most often? How long have you used this brand? Dad's been in the hospital so much, we always have some of that hospital toothpaste; he doesn't use it, 'cause he has dentures. Other than that, whatever the dentist gives me, usually Sensodyne. If we run out of what we have, I want to try Sensodyne foaming.

    3. What flavor of toothpaste do you use? What percentage of toothpaste is left in the tube you’re using right now? I love cinnamon, but never have that; it never comes in what we get. There's about a third of a little tube of that hospital toothpaste left.

    4. Which single bathroom product do you have the biggest supply of? Probably toilet paper; Hubby buys the 20-roll packs.

    5. Take this quiz: http://blogthings.com/whatbathroomproductareyouquiz/ What Bathroom Product Are You?

    You Are Shampoo

You are refreshing and cheerful. You don't hold on to a lot of baggage in life.

You are a true optimist. For you, every day is a fresh start.

You are confident and bold. You are proud of who you are, simple as that.

You are passionate about life and its possibilities. You don't hold back.

    6. How many different brands of shampoo do you have in your bathroom now? Do you usually stick with one brand, or do you vary from several different types day to day? Two, a Fructis, and a Jheri Redding Silver shampoo (I'm letting my hair go gray). I don't vary every day, but don't stick with one brand, either. I tried that Wen stuff, but you're supposed to use cool/cold water, and that killed it for me. I wash my hair in very warm showers.

  7. I confess, I liked torturing him. I've been in that building for 23 years; he got there maybe six months ago. Want to ignore me? I got plenty of other people to talk to, on every shift. I'll take my fun where I can get it, especially when I've got to hang around after I punch out, waiting for a phone call from the ER. He couldn't stop looking.:P

  8. I voted Impossible. Not that I go out a lot or anything, but I'm a very independent person, and I can be a miserable passenger; my anxiety goes way up when I have no control. Hubby's driven us places, and it's not too bad overall, but for some reason, if we get stuck in a traffic jam, and can't move, I start to really lose it. I love, love, love to drive. I take the scenic route a lot, just to take my time (I have a lead foot otherwise), and the car's always been my absolute favorite place to listen to music.

The questions today are so timely, it's almost eerie. We checked out my new car today. It's absolutely amazing. I love my current car, but this just blows it out of the water. It's very high-tech; it will take forever to figure everything out. There's a big scratch on the driver door handle, so they'll fix that, and they still have to install the remote starter. Most likely, I can pick it up Monday: It's a little iffy 'cause of the holiday.
