These were my country cousins, lol, they were a little lazy with diction. Susan, both of my parents claim they wanted to name me Lauren, but the other objected. Haha. I love that name.

Mine is Ann also, same as my mother's middle name. One think I hated about it though, growing up. Many of the grandchildren on my father's side were called by both names. It always sounded like my cousins were calling me ElizabeTHANN. lol

Barb, you must do that! Brent and I hiked from the 5th village to the 4th (and did the rest by train) and I can tell you it was some of the most beautiful scenery and the bluest water I've ever seen. It's one of our most favorite places we've ever gone, we are constantly telling people about it.

Summer in Houston/South Texas actually means more time indoors, because it's so hot. But when I can get away to someplace with cooler weather, I like to spend as much time outdoors as I can. Hiking is one of my favorite things.

Well, I thought I put Blunderbuss in here. I meant to. I agree, it's excellent. Three albums I can't quit listening to: Blunderbuss, Give Me My Change (above) and Brendan Benson's What Kind Of World. They all came out in April and I've listened to little else since.
