I like a lot of these movies quite a bit. I said Forrest Gump. To me, all Tom Hank's movies are overrated. I don't hate them, but I never want to see one more than once.

^Yikes, I don't ever want to experience any of those things. lol. To me, roughing it is sleeping on anything less than an Aerobed and not having electricity, a nearby water tap, a Coleman stove, a real shower and a real toilet. So, I love camping, but not without these 5 things.

I finally got the new album today. I LOVE IT!!!! Of course, I expected that. I can't wait until May. I'm so glad these guys are touring again!

I wish I could go to one of these shows. My aunt loves Crowded House. All I remembered was that one big hit they had, so I just thought, Huh? But then I saw them at ACL Festival and on the ACL TV show and got their new album. They are a really great band. I love them now, too.

Great review, Sharon. I loved reading it. I have to say, seeing Ray at Royal Albert Hall last year is one of my top 5 concerts as well. I LOVE that man. He still jumps around like he's in his 20s. Seeing him on the street would have been too much for me!!

I always love donating to a good cause, especially when it's animal related. Thanks Mike and Marcie for sweetening the deal with a raffle. I rescued both my dogs and my kitty. I love purebreds, but whenever I think about getting a pet, I can't stand the thought of leaving an animal in a shelter somewhere.

I almost chose Video Killed The Radio Star, for the reasons noted. But I love Turning Japanese. I remember dancing to that in the clubs and so that will always be the 80's to me.

I looked under Subscription, and it says you can get a copy in your mailbox, so it's a real magazine. I wonder if they only distribute by mail? Maybe Beth will hear something from them.

I got my tickets to see them in Austin in May! Woo hoo. This is a very interesting article. I'm so tired of music critics and I'd welcome so many of the changes mentioned here. I was glad to see he mentioned bulletin boards, as that's one thing I love about the Farm and the officials - seeing other people's, real people's, reviews on albums and concerts.
