I love this song, for the obvious reason...I love Benmont! But I think it's a great song. I do wish it were longer, but I think a song that leaves you wanting more is always a good thing. I love the little story he tells through the song. Makes me feel sad for the subject, that he was hurt so bad.

This was yesterday. I learned that the Mark Knopfler fan club is going to reissue my tickets to the RAH box office because I lost mine (that I bought from Ellyn, and don't even ask me how it happened because I don't know). Wow, I'm so impressed, and they are being super nice about it. Many, many, many thanks to Ellyn for making the request on my behalf. I was just sick about it and now I'm ecstatic. Thank you Ellyn!!!

I've often thought Kay and I can be a team. She can take pictures and I can write reviews of concerts. Although it's possible, it would take a long time to establish myself as a writer and turn that into a career. But wouldn't it be fun?

My bed. The head and foot boards wrap around the sides about 8". It looks pretty but it is so difficult to make up.

That's crazy! How can they sort through all the data to get anything meaningful? And how will they store it all? Not to mention the invasion of privacy. I'm constantly amazed at the cultural difference between the UK and the US when it comes to privacy.
