Almost none; that's why I'll never leave Netzero. When I opened the account, I'd read an article about how to opt-out of all kinds of databases (for example, Doubleclick). It seems to have worked; I don't think I get more than one or two a month. Unfortunately, I didn't save the article, so my secondary Gmail account gets buckets of spam.
