  1. It was a Mike only event. We already had tickets to the show. There are options to get band seats, but they are not side of stage or anything.
  2. There is a collection of his prints for sale on the site now. https://store.tompetty.com/andy-tennille-collection.html
  3. That's correct. I was very happy that Mike sang Oh Well... Not that there is much singing to it. I thought the Crowded House song was a good pee and drink break in the set. From what I did hear, Neil sounded great. She plays tambourine and dances around and sings back up. For some songs, she leaves the stage.. likely to inventory her scarves and boots. 😉 I am as much a FM fan as I am a TP&TH fan. I have seen every FM tour since they reunited in '96. This is the most free and most fun that I have ever seen this band. There was no tension. I am am happy in the turn of events that allowed Mike to join them. It allowed for us to have an incredible experience that might not have otherwise happened.
  4. Yeah! I forgot to link the video!! They were so awesome!! I never had a chance to be nervous! They made us so comfortable! They really are down to earth and fun!!
  5. Same here! It really is a once in a lifetime experience!
  6. Thank you! We felt like it was something cool we could do to add more for the doggos!!!
  7. Yep! That's me holding the SG! I added a few more details above. Mike loved the Knobs that my boyfriend was wearing and the Mudcrutch one I was wearing! I will write something up very soon.
  8. Hello All! Wow! Where to begin! We were so very lucky to have been able to make this happen! It benefited a great charity and made a dream of ours come true!! We had the opportunity to meet Mike and Marcie Campbell before the Fleetwood Mac show in Denver Colorado on 12/3/18! As an added bonus, we met Neil Finn and Marilyn Dash (one of Stevie's backup singers)!! We also met Chinner! When Mike showed up the guitars, he pulled out the SG and I called out what it was. He said "Oh you know guitars?" I replied that I knew a little bit. Chinner was going to sit me down with a Rickenbacker when Mike said "Hey, she called the SG! Let her hold that one!" Chinner said "Well, I was going to let her sit with the most expensive one, but the SG is what she wants!" It was truly an amazing experience! Mike signed my Mudcrutch album and a CD for my boyfriend. We asked him to autograph the Blue Stingrays CD for a charity auction! If anyone is interested, we put the autographed Blue Stingrays CD up for auction to benefit Rock the Dogs / The Tazzy Fund on the TPN Auctions FB page! https://www.facebook.com/groups/TPN.Auctions/?multi_permalinks=528509620946228&notif_id=1543939459540281&notif_t=feedback_reaction_generic
  9. I can see him becoming a full time member if this tour goes well. Fleetwood Mac has always evolved. If the shoe fits, I can totally see it.
  10. Yeah.. LB is a fingerpicker. No picks. One of the things that I have always loved and admired about him. Wasn't it The Eagles or Simon and Garfunkel who broke the $100.00 barrier with their reunions?
  11. I have thought long and hard about this. I learned to play the guitar as a teenager because I was so enamored with the way Lindsey Buckingham played. I have seen Fleetwood Mac 13 times with LB. I have seen 3 of LB's solo tours. I have seen Stevie quite a few times as well. I was luck enough to see Tom with Stevie in 2003. I won't miss this tour either. No question. LB or no LB. When I first read the news that Lindsey had been fired, I was shocked. But was it really shocking? Not really when I thought about it. I mean, he left FM in 1987 so that he could focus on his music. He is known to be a temperamental prick. But I still love his playing. Enter Mike Campbell and Neil Finn. Neil who? hrrrm. Just kidding. I know who he is... but woah.. so far out of left field. Mike Campbell is one of the most amazing guitar players ever. That is my opinion. But he is very different from LB. What would it sound like? Is this really a good fit? Does it really make sense? Then I think about what an amazing opportunity this is for Mike C. A long and involved, likely 2 year world wide tour. A great way for him to grow more and maybe heal a little along the way. Fleetwood Mac has always EVOLVED. For more than 50 years now. Will they add a Heartbreakers song? I mean, Stevie already does I Need to Know. Then there is Stop Dragging My Heart Around. Mike has been out there singing with The Dirty Knobs quite a bit lately. Singing TP&TH songs! I think Waddy Wachtel would have been a better fit than Neil Finn. But I am guessing Neil Finn was brought in for singing and not guitar. I know one thing for sure. I will be going to this show with an open heart and an open mind. Cheers! Thea
  12. It has rained at about 75% of the shows I have attended at Red Rocks.... and I go to several a year.. I live 20 mins from Red Rocks! :-)
  13. The thoughts of what are in the vaults and may be released make me smile. I suspect that there will be new to us music for years to come!
  14. It looks like it was originally posted to the Mudcrutch Farm FB page. I am not sure what's going on with it. There are some reports that it was copied from her personal FB page and that it may not have been intended for the public. It sounds like an open letter to me, but I could be wrong. I hope that it was meant for the public as well. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1802938626402261&id=121069684589172
  15. Same with a 40th anniversary dvd.. I really hope.
  16. I will never forget the first time that I saw him. Feb.26, 2003. I was attending the Concert for Artist Rights benefit for the Recording Artist Coalition at the Forum in Los Angeles. Stevie Nicks was on stage. I was already on cloud 9 as it was my first time seeing Stevie apart from Fleetwood Mac. She announced that she had a VERY special guest joining her onstage. Tom Petty walked out. I was stunned. I couldn't believe it! When I was a child, I used to watch all of the Tom Petty and Stevie NIcks videos on MTV. I wondered if they were real people. I was so enchanted with them. They were the Fairy Godmother and Fairy Godfather of Rock n Roll to me. I was lucky to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers a few times. Mudcrutch once. I will never forget those shows and what a gift they were. Happy Birthday Tom Petty!
  17. I saw Iggy Pop on April 1, 2016 and no joke! Not just for Lust For Life, which he opened the show with, but for the entire 2 hour show! He is in better form now than I think he was when he was in his 20's! It was very inspiring!
  18. Aside from the memories, of course. The music. A few guitar picks. I have one of Tom's Simpsons guitar picks, a couple from Mike.
  19. It was like a sucker punch to the gut, AGAIN, when I read this. :-(
  20. I had to do something. No regrets. Peace Love and Petty!
  21. Yeah.. I am glad that they kept it private and among family. I do hope that there is a more public one for the fans down the line.
