fix computers. my daughters pc has a networking problem and can't get online. we had a planned power outage this morn and when the power came back on, there was a pop and now my main pc won't work at all, so i'm now using my backup pc. the main pc is protected with battery backup and extra surge protectors, but after fooling with it the past few hours, i'm beginning to thing that somehow the motherboard was fried. i called the electric company about it and the girl said no one is working in claims for the weekend, but they will call me in 3 business days!!!!! wtf is with that? needless to say, i'm a bit pissed off.

like i've always said, "get rid of washington dc and put the mafia in charge!!"

i've been informed that tomorrow morn from 7am til 9am we will not have electric for an update to whatever. that means i'll have no lights, puter, tv, cable internet or heat. i've never heard of an update like this. if you can't get ahold of me, you know the reason why.

well, i checked it out and they weren't on my 2 pbs stations for part 1. and who cares anyway, we have the dvd uninterupted by pleas to raise money. i don't have to wait til the 10th or 17th. and neither do you, we have the dvd. besides that, alot of us were there live to see this show. and what is better than that?

and, they don't tell you the details that make you availabe to the world. that's why ppl steal your identy,

the last flight i had home from KC was like that, but nowhere near as bad. i forget what state we were over and the pilot said turbulance was ahead and he was going to get permission to fly higher to avoid it. well, we didn't get out of it and everyone felt the drop and the plane shuttered a bit. then we hit about 2 more pockets and the plane dropped further. it lasted a good minute and people were getting concerned that something was wrong. everything worked out ok and everyone was ok. but i remember that 1st big drop, you get that certain feeling between your legs!!!! and i know i wasn't having sex, so i thought it's my last hurrah before death....lol. i kept my cool and read skymall magazine....lol.

the 1/2 time show will probably be an hour long, with 40 minutes of that being commercials. tom will probably get 12 minutes, not even enough time to do a decent medley. if i was tom, i'd do 1 song for 12 minutes that has a story in the middle section (like gloria) and in that story tell the superbowl to go fuck themselves!!!! it's good to be king.....lol.

i think that i've always found a way to listen to music (most anyones) and find the best of it. whether it was the beatles or tpath, i can find a part in a song i don't really like and make it work for me, maybe the drums, or the guitar or bass. for me, it all comes down to the mood you are in. if you're in a rockin' mood you can play early tpath and just go crazy and have fun. but, if you are in a down or sad mood, you can play the later stuff and just listen and try to understand what the lyrics really mean and if tom feels as down as you. if you aren't crazy about the new stuff, get yourself a glass of wine, turn off the lights and sit in a corner with headphones on and just listen, you'll see the albums in a new light and might actually like them.
