not just a sex-offender, if that wasn't bad enough, but obviously a long-term habitual criminal. An obvious disregard for the law so that will not change. Think of all the tax money spent for his (no doubt) provided lawyer since he likely couldn't afford one... DUI, high-speed fleeing... not bad enough the sex-crimes against a child, but now it's just a matter of time before he kills someone. Let's give him mone money for a faster car and more booze to accelerate the process...
The money goes back in the pool - no second thought on that, no second (or third or fourth...) chances. :mad:

Have to admit after seeing her on the Grammys - there is something about her sound and style that I really like. Seeing as this is the first "live" I've seen her, she looked clear headed and performed well. Let's hope she has luck staying that way.

I have to assume people can change - otherwise all this self-help and all is bunk (of course some of it is!) Would hate to have people give up trying to improve themselves as they are colored by more of life's experiences

Wow - how did I miss this question?
Don't know how long I've waited, but I am definitely a huge roller coaster fan. Hubby and I met when he was the Rides Manager at Kings Dominion (Doswell, Va.), and I was the Rebel Yell operator. That was an awesome classic wooden coaster. We got to ride at least 20-30 times a day for safety checks and such. Got to spend lots of "quality time" underneath doing hat checks too... ahhh to be young and in love under a coaster again!
As part of some amusement park exchange pact, we got to travel some and ride coasters at quite a few parks.
I love the old wooden coasters, not such a fan of the new crazy-dangerous ones though.

I remember the road trip from Richmond to Williamsburg, Chris and I were dating back then and the ride down was amazing in a first love kind of way... can't believe here we are 25 years later planning to go to a show
I also remember seeing them during college at the Richmond Mosque - an awesomeplace for a show, but that shows as 1980 so couldn't be it?
Damn! 25 years! Next to my hubby this is my longest relationship!
