Funny, I definitely redeemed my codes for the packages, have the verification emails to prove it - but got a reminder and reissue of one code yesterday, saying "don't forget to redeem this!" So - I went in and ordered yet another set of the package materials. We'll see how it all pans out if and when anyone starts getting the books, shirts and download codes.

Wow - I'm having no problems with it whatsoever - an am SO impressed. Given past history of website issues etc., I'd say the site itself, Mudcrutch logo, apparel, even to the extent of having both the YouTube and MySpace sites - they've done a really thorough job! The smoke efect is beautiful... will have to look into that

Straightened yesterday before the cleaning people came. I have a weekly service, but between the kids and Captain Ringo seems like I'm always cleaning up one mess or another!
