it would be hard to count, definitely 50+ on the walls, if I counted the glasswork & pottery - tons of it.

probably the family room

a 3x4' ceramic mosaic I did for the front entry, I liked it then and still like it now which for me is unusual

definitely a self-portrait our oldest did for us right before he was killed - it's framed and hung here in my office

wow - what a depressing thread!
That said - It is inspiring seeing what some of you'all have gone through and have still come out the amazing people that you are. Think of how many people end up just so damaged and bitter.
I always try to remember that one person's worst experience is just that - it doesn't really have any relation to the difficulty of anyone else's. There's no comparing, and you don't get a pass saying "one tragedy per person" that this is as bad as it will ever get. You always keep in the back of your mind that the other shoe can still drop.
Good thing this is not a contest, this ONE time... I win.
