  5. 1. Do you remember which story in your childhood, told to you by your parents or grandparents, was your favorite? No, not really. 2. Which childhood story do you remember being your favorite that you chose by yourself to read? Yes, I have my favorite kids books with me now: Little Majorette, Little Swimmer, and a book called "Humbug Witch" - the 'witch' removes her hat, mask, etc. to reveal a little girl. Cute! 3. What is the title of the first novel you read for pleasure? Dear me, can't remember. I can say that reading was always very important in my family. I was reading at an early age, and tried to emulate my dad - who read (and still reads) about a book every other day or so. And I remember hauling armloads of books home from the public library on a regular basis. 4. Which novel do you remember reading that really pulled you in and you couldn't stop reading till you finished the book? The last three novels I read were (listed in order of enjoyment): Revenge for Old Times Sake by Kris Neri Running from the Deity by Alan Dean Foster Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah 5. Take the quiz: Which Alice in Wonderland Character Are You? You are Alice You are curious, brave, and inquisitive. You can't help but be interested in the world around you. You are a bit of a loner and a total daydreamer. Your inner world is very colorful and vivid. At times, your real life seems dull and completely unbearable. You wish you could escape to a whole other world. While you have a wild spirit, you are quite gentle and polite. You tend to observe more than act - and you tread lightly. 6. Do you agree with the quiz? Why? Why not? Yes, this description does suite me.
  6. Yep, made me laugh last night, too. Then I realized it wasn't a joke...the drummer's actually worked hard to make it LOOK like THAT. Now I'm not sure if I should laugh or not. The band is http://www.rickkandtheallnighters.com/ The drummer is Steve Moore - and yep, he's got a dvd for sale http://www.myspace.com/stevemooreofficial

  13. 1. Which would you rather have for a pet: a dog or a cat? Cat 2. A friend asks you to help foster an animal, would you do it? Provided I had the necessary ways, means, and space - sure. 3. If you could own any animal for a pet from a television series or a movie, which one would you pick? Can't remember any...must have caffeine 4. Which would you choose? To be your pet for a day OR for your pet to be able to talk to you for a day? I would love to be able to hear what my cats have to say. 5. Which would you choose: the perfect house/condo/apartment to live in, but no pets allowed OR to live in less than perfect conditions and still be able to have your pet(s)? The perfect house/condo/apartment. While I love my cats, I can live without them -- after they're gone, people. I won't be giving them up so I can have a great place to live!! 6. Take this quiz - What Pet Are You Like? Do you agree? I'm agree - I'm like a cat. You are independent and a bit stubborn. You are content to do your own thing. You are curious about the world but still an individual. You prefer to be a solo explorer. You enjoy your alone time, but you also like some quiet company from time to time. You crave companionship, even if it means just spending time in the same room together.
