It was cold and cloudy and perfect for a chicken in the crock pot and the bread machine going. And a nap with the doggie.

1) Going to a big party or stay at home? Stayed home and had a nice candlelight dinner, movie and a smooch at midnight. 2) Will you be staying up late to watch the ball drop in Times Square? We did and it was fun to see. 3) Will you make any New Year's resolutions? Never do. 4) Who do you think would make a good host for a Rockin' Out New Year's Eve? I like the Fallon idea. 5) Do you know the words to Auld Lang Syne? No.

I am thankful for my family, my husband, good health and my wonderful friends! I am thankful that I can have a dream job with great hours where we are treated like family (because we are!), I am thankful for our nice property and home. And for my Maxwell and all of the pets I have been blessed to have had in my life.
