I LOVE ROLLERCOASTERS!!! Luckily the longest I have ever had to stand in line was for the Mindbender at Six Flags here. It was about an hour and a half, so not too bad. I've never had the opportunity to ride any of the newer standup, or suspended coasters but I'm sure I'd love them both. I tend to laugh instead of scream, though. Its a hands off ride for me, my hands might not be up in the air but I won't hold on or brace my body in any way. After all...I'm there for the thrill of the ride. I like to sit in front, but there is a certain charm to being slung around on the tail end!
May I add another question to the mix?
DO YOU PREFER WOODEN OR METAL COASTERS?
I like both but nothing is as hairy as an old wooden coaster in the rain!

I believe I'll hit my 50th show this tour.I've seen shows in CA, WA, OR, WI, SD, TN, FL, GA, IL, IA, NV, MT.
Which tour did you come to GA? Where did they play?

January 20, 1980 The Forum, Los Angeles, CAMy brother in law worked for a concert promoter in L.A. back then. He gave me tickets to this show and there marked the beginning of an obsession.

Shame on me, I've forgotten the date. But it was the Full Moon Fever tour in Atlanta. Does anyone have that tour schedule anywhere? I'd love to re-remember that date!

Only two, both in Atlanta, both at HiFi Buys/Lakewood Amphitheater.
Full Moon Fever and Highway Companion tours. I'm gonna double that this year!
