When Poot was still living at home we went all out decorating and costuming. Now there are very few kids in the neighborhood and we haven't had any trick-or-treaters in years. But last week Poot and I tried to carve a pumpkin for her apt. and the thing was so tough I think she finally gave up on it!

This week? EVERYTHING!

I hate having an abcessed tooth AND infected salivary glands!!! In fact I probably won't be on the Farm much because I all feel like doing is sleeping with my beloved heating pad against my jaw! And I have to wait a week to get rid of the infection before the tooth can be pulled. My head looks like a freakin' pumpkin! The biggest pisser is all the "good drugs" the dentist gave me ARE NOT helping that much, grrrr! Here's a big hug for all you other Farmers who are also feeling crappy! ((((FARMERS!))))

I can't wait to get in to see the dentist...never thought I'd say that, but this has been a miserable weekend!

Our family was discussing this yesterday...all three of us are compulsive about punctuality. However we have a dear friend who has no concept of "on time!" I think it is so rude (and a bit of a power trip) to keep people waiting.
