Hey all, there are a couple things I need to set up before the plug can be pulled. I do not want to drag anything out but let's give it a few days.
Guestbook Email list people can sign up for in case some sort of event or big news happens Redirect pages if someone visits a page that doesn't exist any more

I can’t say I blame you for shutting it down, Ryan. I haven’t been around much myself. I will forever be thankful for you and this place though. We had a lot of good times here and all over the country!  Wow, 20 years!
My interests in life have taken a different direction these days with moving and planning for my retirement soon.  I will always carry Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers with me through life though. They are always near and dear as my memories here.
We never did make that trip to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame happen, did we?  Who knows, maybe we can get together again somewhere along the way for a Knobs gig or something.

It was a beautiful thing!  They played it twice!  I don’t have my computer so I wasn’t able to record the interview. Hopefully, someone did and will share. YAY!  We have something to look forward to!!   😃

Hey Ryan, you and I go back, and I mean way back. Remember the time you slept on the couch at my dorm the night before we saw TPATH at the Vic? That's almost 20 years ago! What a week that was. I've been around these message boards that long too, and it has always been a great place, and one where I have spent a lot of time over the years. I can honestly say I will truly miss Mudcrutch Farm. Sure, things have slowed down recently — less news, less posts, less activity — and I haven't been very active in posting myself (though I still do come to browse, that's a habit I can't break!), but it will be sad to think this collection of posts, photos, enthusiasm, memories and people won't be around anymore.
In any case, thank you for all the work you've put in over the years. It is truly appreciated. And to all the posters still here, thanks for fun and interesting conversations and friendships over the years.
It is ironic though — and you have to chuckle a little — that this announcement comes literally days before a possible "Wildflowers All the Rest" official announcement later this week, as TPR has teased! 😄😆

Good way to put it and I feel the same.
HoF should still happen! A while back we planned a meetup on an off-tour year and they sprung a tour on us, ha.

I just saw the Knobs will open for part of Chris Stapeltons stadium tour this summer! not all dates but Denver and Chicago amoung others are part of this.  The key is sort of weird but obvious once your eyes adjust to the weird tiny font...

Marion reacted to Hoodoo Man in who got tickets for the tour?
Back on topic I got tickets to both Boston Shows and the Derry show as well as Ridgefield CT.  All told for the 4 shows I am in for about the cost of 1 of my last tickets to see TPHB, nope scratch that. Row 6 at the Boston Garden for one ticket was 375.00 plus fees I would guess...   So Allston was 35 each x 4, Derry was a little more at 59 x 2 and I got a single ticket to the CT show... so Im still at least one show away from a single ticket the garden show and Im still below a single ticket for row H in CT for TPHB.....
The crazy thing is that TPHB were one of the most reasonable bands for tickets.... It would easily have been 7-800 for comparable seats for FM...

As for the Mall bridge pics, its funny with the naked eye the sign was clear as day. When we tried to do a selfie with it behind us it was lost in the background behind us..

Yeah, try the "Magic Castle" - 7025 Franklin Ave. Phone- 323-851-0800 and ask for Gretchen. Opt for a 1 bedroom suite on the 1st (ground) floor. Reg rooms are a bit small. The place reminds you of a 60's motel that the Rat Pack would have hung out at! It's a short walk (1/2 block) to Hollywood and Hyland. That intersection has a subway stop, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, El Capitan Theatre and the Disney Malt shop, plus you are on The Walk Of Fame with all the shops. 9 blocks up the road is Hollywood and Vine where Capitol Records is. A block the other way is Sunset Strip where The Viper Room is and way down Sunset is Mel's Diner. Beyond Sunset is Santa Monica Blvd where you'll find The Troubadour. BTW, I just had the chicken at Roscoe's, I'm not much on waffles. We had to wait for a table because there were about 30 of us together from here at the Farm. Here are some links for you.
