I like the idea of scheduled chats. Those were fun. And, I think I won one of
the contests one time! LOL Let's do it again!

I think it's two separate issues. A parent who is going to run into the
store (or whatever) for "just a second" and leaves the child in the car
is negligent, period!
However, a harried, stressed and overworked parent that is so distracted
they forget their child is in the backseat - well, those types of situations could
be handled on a case by case basis.

While searching online to check out Nurk's claim of a town
called "Blue Balls", I came across a website dedicated to the male
organ. There I found such articles as: "Pecker Predicaments", "Rising to the Occasion"
and "Building up the Beefstick"!!! :icon_laugh:
(Oh, and it turns out there IS city in PA named "Blue Ball".
