I LOVE that! What a thrill for Jeff to meet George, and it sounds like vice-versa also.
That was fun. Thank you.

^ Sounds fabulous, Softanimal!
My little vacation was earlier this summer to the midwest to visit my son and see TPATH in Minneapolis. It was GREAT!! In every way.

^ Thank you Pat! I enjoyed the concert so very much! It was exceptional! I wept with joy, hearing my favorite Beatles songs. Paul is just amazing! I can't believe the man is 71!^ Fantastic, Susan! I agree that Paul is spectacular in person. So glad you got to go to that show! My sister's gonna see him in SF next month. So envious!

Well come on down to GA Barb! You can kayak around Cumberland and watch dolphins, sea turtles and manatees. I will be in the boat with the motor...
that kayak is too close to those sharks for me...:eek:I'd LOVE to, Amber! Someday I will!

Yes. Here at the Okefenokee Swamp park (a few times since it's in my backyard practically), Cumberland Island, Williamsburg VA (took ghost tour), Amish country-side in PA, Dolphin sighting in St. Augustine Fl, guided white water rafting of the Chatooga in SC and the Nantahala in TN. I always enjoy every tour. The guides usually teach you about the area, the history and folk lore.I wanna do Cumberland Island with Amber! Someday, I'm gonna! : )

Some of those "infused" vodkas taste good. I've tried a "citrus" one that was quite tasty!

Ya know, I did a Trolley Tour of San Diego a few years ago when I lived there. A friend had come to visit and I'd never done it before. It seems to often take a visitor to get out and see more of your own city! It was lots of fun and yes, I learned some things about the town I'd already lived 25 years in!

One. I live in a small apartment, too.

Oh Beth, I am so very sorry about your beloved Smokey. How blessed he was to have had such a loving home with you and Fred!
And you and Fred were so lucky to have had such a loyal and loving companion.
Rest In Peace sweet Smokey!

Going ocean-kayaking with my cousin is the most fun thing I've done in a really long time. It was SO awesome! We saw sea lions, jellyfish, garibaldis, leopard sharks, and a great big bat-ray. Luckily the water was warm cause we capsized once! (right by the shore, a wave knocked us over as we were coming in). It was super fun! : )

^ Thanks Shianne! Glad you still have some. I'll pick one up at the next show! : )
