Ohhh, you have no idea, I can tell you that she has a very good sense of humor. Maybe she just has another humor than you have and that´s ok, right? I have to admit, I didn´t even understand that picture at first. I do now, lol. It doesn´t make me laugh, but it also doesn´t make me think, wow, how can they do this. If I was her, I wouldn´t be amused to see that picture, but not take it too serious. Anyway, there´s a thin thread between funny and sick and that´s why there´ll be different opinions.
