    I've named gray hairs after my ex husband.....lol Apparently it can cause liver failure, too. One of our patients told me that he drank because of the woman he married. Now it's killing him... He was laughing...lol. Poor guy.... Seriously, I think a lot of people turn to other, more destructive, ways of dealing with bad relationships and long-term stress. That will get you, too.

    I don't think she has anything to lose by appealing. I'm sure she can't pay the fines she has already; she can always file bankruptcy later. It's all or nothing at this point.

    yeah...I knew they would get experts for the case, and it looks like they were able to track these things to her computer; as for her knowledge of computers, that describes just about everyone living in the Bay Area (near silicon valley). I have yet to read an article that has proven the recording business will improve by suing this woman. That's why they are suing her, right? This is so stupid. According to their assumptions, this should save the music industry. I'll be waiting to hear about those rise in profits. I hope they don't get too distracted by this to overlook the main factors in the loss of their income -- new technologies, changes in culture, competition, bad music, etc.

    ^Well, there are two Amys -- a Yin and a Yang...lol I'll be the Yang...lol I think she was just trying to compliment the band; they were so good, you know. Her relationship with Tom and the Heartbreakers go back a long way... Mike has played on her solo albums, etc... As far as FM fans go, I wouldn't get too stunned over this one.....lol Wasn't she involved with Lindsay back then?

    How could a grocery clerk support a family and pay that bill? Well, If people are hit with this, they'll probably file bankruptcy... It wouldn't be the first time the music industry made it impossible to pay a bill...lol

    I wonder what net effect of this will be. They've paid a ton of money to their lawyers in an attempt to stop people who probably wouldn't have much impact on their bottom line. It will be interesting to see if all these suits change the music industry's financial situation. I bet.... not much.
