  7. Click the link below to vote for Tom Petty or Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers (or both!) to receive Kennedy Center Honors: http://www.kennedy-center.org/programs/specialevents/honors/ Honors News In May 2013, the Kennedy Center announced revisions to the Kennedy Center Honors selection process. The revisions include the addition of an advisory committee comprised of artists, former Honorees, and Kennedy Center board members as well as expanded solicitation of recommendations from the general public. Please read below how you can submit a recommendation for the Kennedy Center Honors. The Kennedy Center Honors provide recognition to living individuals who throughout their lifetimes have made significant contributions to American culture through the performing arts. The primary criterion is excellence, and artistic achievement in dance, music, theater, opera, motion pictures, and television is considered.
  8. Just bought copies for myself and my son:
  9. ^ Thank you Ryan; that's why I have two identical posts on here. Can't delete one anymore. This is such a great interview. I love reading what Mike has to say. He is such an amazing person and musician. Can't wait to see what the band does in the near future!
  10. Thank you for the address, Marion and the update via Tee. Benny is in my thoughts and prayers. Praying that he wakes up fully today, and the pneumonia is cured soon. Healing thoughts for you, Benny. You have a good heart!
  11. Thanks Marion. Nurk has lots of friends here who care about him, myself included!
  12. I go to the theater. Love going out to the movies!
  13. Thanks Marion! My son said that my downloading of concerts from Dime probably screwed up my old computer. I told him lots of my TP friends do it with no problem. My new, refurbished computer is fresh, clean, and fast, but I still like to get these boots. I'm going to go ahead and download and trust that my son is worried over nothing.
  14. I am nanny to my grandson, Miles.
  15. Praying for you, Benny. May you be back soon, all chipper and sassy!
  16. Benny hasn't been on the Farm for 4 or 5 days. I hope he's OK. Does anyone know? Maybe he went on a trip for the holiday?
  17. Thanks for the cool compilations, crossfire. So interesting to read!
  18. Thank you, Sheila, for your beautiful descriptions of the music and your impressions of the Beacon shows.
  19. Since I can't go to one of these small theater shows, I just hope they bring some of these surprises to the big shows that they're doing. I hope the show at Noblesville is substantially different than the one at summerfest. We'll see, but I'll enjoy my shows regardless, as I always do. I'm so happy for all the farmers who got to see the Beacon shows, or who are going to see a show or two at the Fonda. I'll just look forward to setlists, pictures, and videos.
