My son, Nick, and his future father-in-law, Raphael, were on the local Fox news today, because they were in the world's second largest kidney chain: http://fox6now.com/2013/06/07/men-participate-in-worlds-2nd-largest-kidney-exchange/ Also on the NBC affiliate: http://www.todaystmj4.com/multimedia/videos/?bctid=2451950204001&fb_action_ids=4906428298533&fb_action_types=og.recommends&fb_source=aggregation&fb_aggregation_id=288381481237582 And an article in the Milwaukee Journal: http://www.jsonline.com/news/wisconsin/large-kidney-donation-chain-proves-lifesaver-for-racine-man-large-kidney-donation-chain-proves-lifes-210658131.html

Awesome, Kelly! What a great set of concerts!

Going bike shopping today, and a picnic on Lake Michigan in Port Washington with a friend. Then to Petsmart to get a Thundershirt for Gizmo. Maybe it will help him with his separation anxiety. I hope so. I want him to be able to stay in my apartment by himself without barking and panting, and getting all upset. I'm taking Gizmo on my errands today. It's cool enough outside to leave him in the car with the windows cracked. He doesn't mind staying in the car by himself. He likes looking out the windows.

Awesome, Lizzie! So glad you were there!

Going to my first Brewers game at the "new" Miller Park. Showers in the forecast. They'll have to put the top up on the stadium. Oh, well, it will be fun!
-
Poor Benny! Maybe he is imagining he's at a TPATH concert. I hope he's enjoying it! Sorry. My prayers continue to go out for Benny. Get well soon, Buddy! Thanks, Marion, for the address, and thanks, Tee, for the update!

Love the pics! You're so lucky, Travis, to go to 2 shows! I'm glad this was a great one!

I love hearing "Seasons in the Sun." When I hear it, it takes me back to my teen years, lying on the deck in the sun, the radio playing, the smell of suntan lotion, and the sun sparkling on the lake, with the waves lapping the shore. It must have been a popular song one summer, to make such an impression on me.

Keep checking, Ryan. Esp the day before and the day of. You might snag some great tickets. I'll try to win one of the riddles posted on the officials, but the questions are awfully hard. If I win, I'll have two extra tix!

^ Barb, I forgot, when are you coming to La Crosse when we plan to meet in Wisconsin Dells? Is that this trip when you're seeing TPATH?

Today, instead of going to a movie, I'm going to Port Washington on Lake Michigan. First to the bike shop for a tune-up of my bike, dinner at a nice restaurant, then a walk on the beach with Gizmo and my friend.

Hahaha! That's great to hear! Give 'em hell, Benny!

I have TPATH in Noblesville on 6/15 TPATH at Summerfest on 6/28 Paul McCartney in Chicago in July Only two weeks until Noblesville! First though, I'll read all the reviews of the Fonda, and look at the pix and videos (and wish I were there!)

Shoot I clicked my browser search and lost my long-winded post. Nothing planned for the weekend yet. If I miss Miles too much, I may drive to Milwaukee to see him. I'm thinking of seeing Admission with Tina Fey tomorrow at the theater. It got mediocre reviews, but movies are so cheap here downtown (only $3.50). Otherwise, I have lots of work to do here in my apartment. Still working on getting more organized. Have a wonderful weekend Farmers!
