Instructions for getting refund on the 6/8 show
SingsInFrench replied to SingsInFrench's topic in The Waiting
This was also posted on the bbs and the news page on tp.com -
I think this needed its own thread:
-
^They've announced on the bbs and the news page that they are reimbursing fans. You just have to call. Some fans already have and they said it was easy, no hassle.
-
Haha!
-
Wow! How lucky were you?!! (Or actually knowledgeable about the band!) I'm glad you had such a great time!
-
^ Patti, are you going to Summerfest? We should have a meet-up on the grounds!
-
Ryan, someone on the bbs is looking to sell Noblesville tix. They can't go. Let me know if you're not an HCC member. I can contact the fan for you.

Fonda #4 -- unreal. SHUT DOWN BY FIRE MARSHALL

Tom is one class act! -
Did you get to go every night?
-
Fonda, definitely!

I haven't had any really bad experiences *knocks on head*, but at my last TPATH concert I had to stand next two two really drunk young "ladies." Their exaggerated dancing and pointing at the band was distracting, and they kept trying to include me in their "show." They crawled over me many times to get more drinks. Oh, I almost forgot my James Taylor concert. 4 drunks were in the row behind me, and kept up a conversation during the music. (It was a low volume concert as you can imagine). I turned around and said, "You probably didn't realize, but your conversation is drowning out the music." I can't remember if they responded, but the guy behind me started pushing his knees into my back. (We were seated.) I wanted to turn around and tell him off, but I didn't want to harsh my mellow. I scooted up so his knees wouldn't touch me, and did my best to ignore him. If there had been security near by, I would have reported him. When I told my son about it after I got home, he said he would have decked the guy for hurting me! LOL!

I think a Sunday around midnight, but not completely sure. The nursery rhyme goes: Monday's child is fair of face, Tuesday's child is full of grace, Wednesday's child is full of woe, Thursday's child has far to go, Friday's child is loving and giving, Saturday's child works hard for a living, But the child who is born on the Sabbath Day Is bonny and blithe and good and gay. I always hoped I wasn't born on a Wednesday.

Good news! Love to you, Nurk! Come back to us soon!
-
Oh, Sheila, that's awful. I was at that show too, I think.
-
I've heard lots of stories recently of bad behavior at concerts. Have you ever had a bad experience? Unload here if you wish!

Should Tom reimburse fans for the Fonda show cut short by the fire marshal as he has said he would do?

Tom is a class act! I knew he'd be pissed about the shut-down. He hates disappointing his fans! -
Love it!
-
Awesome setlist! Thanks Trev!
-
Have a great show tonight!
-
Any more word, Marion? I'm just praying and praying for him.
-
^ Yes, Jerry Seinfeld! He would be a hilarious friend to have. So very shallow, but so funny!

It is an amazing accomplishment. 2nd largest kidney exchange in the world! And so many people involved had their lives saved or greatly extended. Sarah's dad only had about a year left to live before the surgery. Now he has his good health! Nick certainly found a way to get in, but good, with the in-laws! LOL! I'm really proud of my boy. He has a lot of love in his heart.

Wow! That's awful that the show was shut down! I'm so sorry for the fans. -
Thank you Patti! I've been watching the video clips and reading the articles and it gets me choked up.
