Stephen King & Roger McGuinn Rock Out!!!
SingsInFrench replied to bm29759's topic in Anything That's Rock N Roll
Thanks for the post Brandon! I love Stephen King! Most of his books are too disturbing for me to read, but he is a great champion of good books and other authors, which I love. I always take his recommendations to heart. It's so cool that he got to play with Roger! -

Noblesville was so much fun! I had a great time meeting other fans I know online, and the show ROCKED! Here are some pics of fans at the meet-up and show. Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo of Brandon and his adorable son! Here is the fan meet-up at Mo's Irish Pub: And another that includes me: My gig-mate and I. I met Stephanie years ago on the officials. We've corresponded since then, and this was my first time meeting her in person. She is just as great as I imagined her! Here is Liberty and I at the show:

Oh, god! My first college roommate was something else. We wrote each other in the summer before our freshman year of college. She said she was a born-again christian, and I thought that she'd probably be boring or a stick in the mud. When she got to school, she let loose. She partied a lot, and kept a large stash of liquor on her bolster, which she moved to mine when her parents visited. One night, she was brought home from a toga party by a guy that hardly knew her. She was so smashed and her toga was falling off. We spent the first part of the night in the bathroom with her throwing up, and I holding back her hair, and keeping her from falling in the toilet. None of her close friends were anywhere around to take care of her. Soon after, she moved out of our room and in with a friend. I was happy to see her go. She then dropped out and got married. My next roommate, Joan, was great, and we lived together for two years.

Hi CatGirl! Welcome to the Farm! Tom is of average height, thin and kind of lanky, especially when he was young. Then he was extremely thin. He is naturally fair-skinned, although these days he has a little bit of a tan. Tom has beautiful, sensitive hands with long fingers, perfect for a guitar player. Tom's hair is golden blond these days, though probably pretty gray, naturally. He dyes his beard dark blonde, but at times we've seen it very gray. When Tom was young, his hair was almost white-blonde. His hair is straight and baby-fine. He wears it parted in the middle and longish, well over his ears. The front of his hair is shorter than the back, kind of a grown-out bangs look. Tom has silvery blue eyes, intense and intelligent. They are hooded by his upper eyelids, which gives him a sleepy look. Tom's nose is narrow and straight with a slight bump high on the nose, below the bridge. He has high cheekbones from his Indian ancestory, I think. Tom has aged well. His skin is smooth with slight lines on his forehead. He has deep nasal-labial folds which are covered now with a closely trimmed beard. Tom has full lips and a large, sexy mouth. When younger, he had a marked overbite, but now he's grown into his large teeth, and his bite seems more aligned. Tom lights up the room when he smiles, which I think he does much more often these days. When he was young, he had more of a snarling persona onstage. I hope that helps you to imagine what he looks like. I think he's very good-looking, but not in a perfect, model-like way. He's much more interesting than that. His face has a lot of character.
