I go when I can't stand it anymore, and after I've hacked my bangs a couple times myself. Then I try to get it cut the way it was many months ago. If I can afford it, I get it highlighted too.

I avoid anything with "Star" or "Celebrity" in the title. It's a guarantee the participants are not.

Dad goes to the mailbox and gives me my mail. I throw out the junk, open anything that looks interesting, and put the rest in a pile to deal with later.

I love most types of good seafood, except calamari. I have no desire to try sushi. Raw fish seems pretty gross to me.

^ So sorry for your losses, (((Horace))). I have a shih tzu and a shih tzu mix, Gizmo and Bailey. As a kid, we had Ginger, a yorkiepoo, and Pepper, a mini poodle. Dogs are the best!

My friends know the music I like, and there's nothing I am embarrassed about. My friends here don't know that I like Broadway show tunes. I love musical theater (not the sappy, bad plays, though!)

Wow! How cool is that? I took my young son to a MB20 concert years ago. I enjoyed it as much as he did. Rob Thomas is an entertaining front man. I like him even more, having learned what a big fan he is.

It's been years since a group of my friends from work and I flew to Vegas for a short visit. Lots of fun, though not a destination I would have chosen.

It's been hard. I can't sleep at night. I have weird, disturbing dreams about my mom. I miss her so much, and have crying jags at night when I'm by myself. Normal grief, I know. But it doesn't make for a good week.

Today I feel much older. I didn't sleep much last night.

So much of what's on cable is junk. I could learn to get along without it, but then I would have to buy those digital boxes for my two TVs just to get local stations. I would like to keep them.

If artists want to sell their best seats for $1,000 a pop, that's their prerogative. But to use this back-door method of selling premium seats instead of being up-front, seems sneaky and dishonest.
