I've had two cats and I loved them. We found Kitty (original name) living in a garbage can outside. My mom and I started feeding him, but Mom warned me that Dad would never let me keep him. I fell in love, and begged Dad to let me have the cat for my birthday. I vowed I would never want another birthday present! After a few tears, Dad relented. Kitty spent the first night in our house curled up on my chest purring the whole night. He was my sweetheart, and slept with me every night after that. (Dad never held me to my vow.)

That's a toughie. I would hate to have to sell door-to-door. I guess I could sell candy to raise money for a worthy cause. If I had to rely on my salesmanship to support myself, I would starve!
