I think our wealthy country has the moral obligation to provide health care for those who don't have access through their employment. It's shameful to have people walking around sick or dying because of no access to health care.

I always eat sitting down, unless I'm walking around at a fair or festival, but even then I like to sit down and enjoy what I'm eating. I have heard though, that any calories eaten standing up don't count.
