Happy Birthday!!!!
-
Awwwww, Herbie...

EVERYONE'S pet babies are SOOOOOOO cute!!!
-
I hated the dream I had last night of my parents... parts I remember; my mom was laying there like she was the day she died, I was looking into her eyes, knowing she was going.. and I kept calling to her, and she snapped out of it all of a sudden, said "I'm alright.. I'm alright..." and she WAS alright. Then the other part was I was somewhere like a party or a club, having a good time, I was happy... and all of a sudden I saw my parents enter and I was calling to them, as I started to make my way over to them.. but I couldn't get to them.. and they were smiling and waving at me, and I was smiling and waving back, the whole time trying to get to them, but I couldn't. And then I said to someone, although I didn't see who it was, I said "I can't get to my parents!!! Why can't I get to them!?"
And that's all I remember. :085:

Not worrying about anything... that covers pretty much everything.
-
Would I??!! You mean, Have I?? LOL, and the answer is absolutely. I have done it quite a few times.
Would you ever lie to get a discount somewhere?
-
What's it mean? LOL!
Today I learned that the same amount of plastic is used for a small bottle of soda or whatever that they use for the big 2 liter bottles.
-
I confess... I have joined myspace and I LOVE it! LOL, I am addicted!
-
OMG Ref... you have GOT to be kidding me! Unfriggen real! I would have went off on her!
Pettyjunkie.. friends putting their boyfriends before friends sadly isn't just high school stuff. That will happen throughout life. I have seen alot of people lose all of their friends through the years because they do this. And I don't mean just a few times.. of course one has to make choices... but I am talking about people who basically shut out all their friends completely. I have one girlfriend who did that to all of us. I haven't spoken to her in YEARS. No one else has either. Sad.
-
I hate people who can't even cough up mere condolences... it speaks volumes about them though, doesn't it?
-
Gosh, how sad. I loved him on Rhoda too.. and I LOVED that show. I also forgot about him being on General Hospital!
I hope he didn't suffer too much.. RIP David.

Thanks everyone... I'll pass along all your well wishes to Mark.
Sharon, that IS funny you just heard Silent Lucidity the other day. I love that song.

Lazlow, yes, he does have a natural feel for performing live. He's been singing and playing guitar since I have known him. That room where he's performing with Queensryche is a pretty decent size... I am not positive how many it holds, but my guess would be a couple 1,500-2,000. And Mark had them all in his hands... like I said, they loved him!
I'll keep you guys posted and let you know how Mark does.
-
Isn't it cool?! We are so happy for him! He deserves this so much! I hope he goes all the way.... goooo Mark! :003:
-
Sure would!
Would you ever rough it somewhere, like the australian outback or something, for 1 month, if someone offered you 150 million dollars?
-
Awww Amylou, I am very sorry to hear about your grandma. Sounds like she had a wonderful life and was in good spirits until the end.

-
Last week I went to see Queensryche in Atlantic City. Before the show, an old friend, Mark, went before the audience, against 2 other guys, for a "sing off." He won. Regardless if you like this sort of music or not, this is way cool. Queensryche is Mark's favorite band. He now has a chance to continue on... the finals will send him to Seattle, Queensryche's hometown, to record with Queensryche! Here is a video clip of Mark singing last week.. it's an old Black Sabbath tune, "Neon Knights." The crowd went nuts! He really kicked ass, lol. We were right up front, although you can't see us.. but EVERYONE around us was saying things like "This dude rocks!" "He is kicking major ass!" LOL!
The best part was Geoff Tate (lead singer for Queensryche) is standing back on the drum riser completely rocking out, smiling away, giving the metal horns, LMAO, he was like a proud father or something. :003:
Anyway... enough from me.... here is Mark...

I know, Sharon... isn't she great? I love her voice!!!
-
Well how cheap is cheap? Sure I would if it's say a budget hotel...like a Days Inn or something, but a cheap, seedy hotel? No way!
Would you ever dance naked through your workplace singing "I'm Too Sexy" if someone offered you a million dollars to do so?

Fanta
Sit in an empty room for 2 hrs. listening to Hannah Montana being pumped in, OR sit in an empty room for 2 hrs. listening to Macy Grey?
-
I remember screaming, lol. I think you, Barb and I may have been the only people on our feet for that song.Nope, Caroline and I were in the front row and we were definitely on our feet. What a great night at PNC that night.

Poetry Man - Phoebe Snow
Gosh, what a hauntingly beautiful voice.
-
I hate that a friends dog ran away from her last night in the snow... and she couldn't run after him, as she just had major surgery... poor little Harley. I hope someone finds the little guy and returns him to her safely. :085:
