i just found this thread too, that's what happens when ya haven't been online in awhile..it's a nice learning thread

William Ashton, who used the stage name Billy J. Kramer and scored hits with "Bad To Me" and "Little Children" during the British Invasion, took the last part of his name at random from a telephone directory. At the suggestion of John Lennon, Billy added a middle initial to give his name more appeal and used "J" in memory of John's mother, Julia and for his newly born son, Julian.

Buck Balls
I called this "buck balls" because they are made with buck deer meat, but you can use hamburger instead.
1 or 2 - large bell green peppers
2 - large eggs
3 - 8oz cups of ground deer meat/hamburger
1 - tablespoon of Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning or your favorite
1 1/2 - cups of long grain rice
3 - slices of bread crumbled
1 - jar (1lb, 10oz) of Chunky Ragu Sundried Tomato and Sweet Basil spagetti sauce or your favorite.
1 - medium size onion, finely chopped (optional)
Chop the bell peppers finely into a large bowl. Add eggs, deer/hamburger meat, seasoning, rice and bread. Mix all ingredients together well, and mold the deer meat/hamburger into golf size or bigger balls....space each ball 1 inch apart in a large stock pot layering the balls in a staggered fashion up above each layer. Add sauce and then add water to cover balls 1 inch above them. Cover pot. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to simmer and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Balls are done when sauce gets thick and balls get large and Happy! :003:..Enjoy!

:023: right on, nurk!!...I do if I got it..lolol.
I've always believed it should be legalized and taxed, but I really don't think it will ever happen cuz of the drug lords and all of those ppl wanting to keep "their" money coming in and it's high dollar for them.
