I hate I'm having a hard time breathing today, either due to weather (warm front coming) dust or smoking (yeah, I know). I've had to hit the inhaler about 5 times already and wear a mask dusting, most days don't have to hit inhaler or wear the mask...

^^ Emily I agree with you about Ron White's view on it, too. But I also believe if someone did the crime, they should do the same to them the same way they killed their victim....like the saying, "An eye for a eye, tooth for a tooth"...at least it will clear the prisons for more of those assholes that kill people....but then again, I beleve that some of those prisoners believe that if they live in prison for a few years and they have good behavior and show remorse, they will get out, that's complete BS!!!!.. what good would that do....a killer is always a killer and will do it again to another family's and another family will suffer again (this doesn't include people that have protected themselve or families, I'm talking about Pre-mediated murderers....they are the scum bags), get those kind the hell of prison by the death penalty, at least that will free more cells since they claim they are all overcrowded, to make room for the assholes that kill again. Leaving the more severe murderer's in prison is only making us pay more taxes to up-keep the prisons and feed those assholes!

Yes, I believe they should have to...if we have to wear seat belts, they should have to wear helmets, but it's up to them, we should have a choice too... just that the law won't fine them, but they will us. About a year ago, the news here said that a guy was at a stop light, wasn't wearing a helmet, and for some reason the bike fell on it's side and his head hit the curb, later he died with head injuries...said he wasn't going but 2 mph.
