A similar thing happened to my dad the past couple of weeks, he kept getting e-mails from the IRS saying various things about his record...he phoned up the local IRS office, and they said they had no knowledge of it either.

1. What did you want to be when you were a kid? I wanted to play piano in front of large crowds of people. LOL, I sorta got my wish a few years ago and it scared the crap out of me.
2. What is your proudest accomplishment so far Teaching myself the guitar.
3. What is your dream job? Session musician, even though rock 'n' roller would be cool too
4. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? In Memphis working at Sun Studios and getting chocolate milkshakes between tours.
5. What does it take to make you happy? I'm happy as long as I'm not worrying about anything.
