    C'mon Barb, that's how it works here. You make a law and then ignore it and don't enforce it, now you know that, lol.

    Um, could this be the reason why? He's right though, I'm seeing this texting going on alot more now on the road. I've seen people swerving around and when I get up to them, they obviously text messaging. I mean really, what are you thinking?

    I must say this law does seem rather lame. It should be none or all.

    I think alot of the weirdness and strangeness may be coming out of the media reports. These tabloid magazines and shows are having a field day with this. I don't know what's actual fact (out of the investigators mouths) and media spin. So it's hard to know what to think. Alot of these cases unfortunately don't fall apart until it comes time to go to court. That's when you learn how much or how little evidence there really is to convict a person of the crime.

    A damning police dossier is said to show that body fluids found in the boot of the car hired by her parents 25 days after she disappeared suggest she was drugged.

    What kind of body fluid? And how much was it? I mean it was enough so that they could detect this overwhelming amount of sleeping pills. If I were the McCann's, I'd lawyer up, real quick. It looks to me like they're bound and determined to pin this on them come hell or high water.

    I realize these people are stupid for leaving these children alone while dining, but I'm sorry (and I could be wrong) that doesn't make them murderers.

    To be honest I don't know what to make of this case, but I know that people did the same thing here with that little Danielle Van Dam girl that went missing from her bedroom in San Diego a few years ago. They started pointing fingers at her parents simply because they had a lifestyle that people didn't agree with. Most folks had them tried and convicted until they finally arrested that fucking slime of a human being, their neighbor across the street David Westerfield. I'm so glad they gave his scumbag asshole the death penalty. He was just about to tell them where her body was and make a deal with the cops so he wouldn't get the death penalty when they found little Danielle's body. No deal for you, asshole! I remember I kept getting angry because people kept saying , well they do this or that, so they must have done it or had something to do with her disappearance. Even San Diego homocide detectives had an eye on the dad. Thank god for that one cop who wasn't happy to settle on just pinning this on the parents just to satisfy the masses.

    I'm sorry, so basically they're saying they are doing it for the money. I really don't think I could be a part of something so vile and disgusting as this asshole writing a book talking about how he killed my loved one. Money or no money. If O.J. somehow got it published and put it out there and then you get the proceeds, that's something different. But to activiely publish it yourself, that's a little too much for me.

    I feel so sorry for Fred Goldman, he should have hired and hitman for that bastard and been done with it a long time ago.

    Yeah, I know what the drug Fentanyl does to me. I can't imagine someone prescribing this for a headache of any kind. When we give Fentanyl to our babies it's to sedate them. It can lower the blood pressure severely. I've even had to resuscitate a couple of babies on the ventilator after giving it. I could see where this drug might benefit cancer patients though. But I'm sure the FDA has to investigate is it the actual drug or the misuse of it that caused these unfortunate incidents.
