I'm Sharon! I live in Sacramento, CA. with my S.O. and two cats. I'm an RN in a NICU. I've been in Obstetrical nursing all areas for 31 years. I'm ready to retire. I've been a little absent from the Farm lately but as you can see by my count before I left I spent quite a deal of time hear, lol. It's still my favorite place to hang out online. I LOVE music!!! All kinds. Yes, even some rap and hip-hop. l enjoy going to concerts, traveling (especially with friends), reading, spending time with my grandchildren (ages 10 and 2), family and friends!

^No, I don't remember their names. Have you forgot who you're asking that question? LOL! And I remember we kept running into the tall good looking one with the dark hair and I knew his name then but now it's long gone from my brain.

Thanks for that link Julie! I never heard of Bookperk. OMG! The other morning Greg was on "The Mark & Brian show" talking about his new book. It was so sad. The poor man has no brain cells left. They'd ask him a question something like, "so who were some of your influences in music?", Greg pauses for a long time and you're like "HELLO" Greg, did you hear the question? Then all of a sudden he comes back with, "Yeaaahhh!" He did that sort of thing a couple of times. One guy said, after listening to this interview, I'm pretty sure he had a ghost writer, lol.

OMG! Patty, that was a great show! I woke up this morning still laughing at "The Californians". Mick was hilarious!

On our Rock of legends cruise we met these guys from Denmark. Very interesting gentlemen. I was fascinated with their talk of the music scene in Denmark. Beside that, it's always a place I've wanted to visit.

Wow! Susan, you just sold me. I think I want a Fiji island getaway! Actually, the Seychelles Islands are on my bucket list. That place looks amazing!

HAHA! Marion that reminds me when I stay at your house I love that butterfly light in your living room. But I always turn it off because I want it dark.

Yes, I'm certain I could walk around without the lights. But for safety reasons we keep the stairway lights on at night. Can't have us old folks falling and breaking a hip or something, lol!

I wouldn't mind them doing that but I'm sure eventually that would get old too. I'd just like for them to flip the script every now and then. Keep it fresh. Like Bruce. I saw him 3 times in one tour and every show was spontaneous and totally different. With a catalogue as huge as TPATH, how hard is that?

I rarely go to fast food restaurants anymore. The only place I know that does that around here is Sonic. I think we went to one last year.

Anything that is distracting you while driving is dangerous. People need to have common sense. Patty is right, people do all sorts of stupid things while driving. I have a friend who thinks she always has to be looking at me while she's talking to me and driving. Not smart. That's how you run into the back of people. It only takes a second to lose your life or take someone elses. How about that kid who had just sent 11 text messages in 11 seconds just before he killed two people. And of course, we're always sorry after the fact. Not good enough. And I'm sure not a one of us would be happy if one of our loved ones was killed while some jackass was talking or texting on their cell phone. After some of the horrific accidents I've seen involving both talking and texting, it's not worth it.

I've got a full and fun summer ahead. I'll be visiting that Jersey girl up there ^ in about 3 weeks. Then a small getaway down to LA hopefully in early June to see friends. Kansas city in July and then in August one week in Fort Lauderdale and a 7 day cruise with my family. I'm exhausted just thinking about it.
