It's a Realistic Musideck cira '68-'71. Great cheezy 60's combo sound. One oscillator per 3 notes. If you were going to make an electronic combo organ kit that could be assembeled as a project this would be it. All the electronics are easily replaced and readily available today. I've just bought two that were in near mint condition but needed some capacitors replaced.
