I was there, actually right next to Rob & co. The band got an incredible reception from the Tulsa audience, really enthusiastic, and they definitely noticed. We also saw the Dallas show and this Tulsa show, although it had an identical setlist, was better. The building, the largest indoor venue in Oklahoma, was sold out and packed. We were pretty much directly under Benmont's piano on the front row, and he was rocking all over the place, making some wild noises too occasionally. Mike was uncharacteristically loose and riffing all over the place, which I really enjoyed. The whole band were playing for the people in the nosebleed seats. There were two or three very long ovations, and Mike was visibly amused when Tom drew out the "Learning To Fly" singalong for quite a while due to the audience's energy. Petty had the crowd in the palm of his hand, and at one point said "let's make the loudest noise ever heard in this building!" The resultant screams had Mike and Ron plugging their ears. I've seen the band 5 times starting in 1981 and it was the 2nd best show I've seen by the group, the best one being of course that 1981 show. A little reference:

Rob, e-mail me (should be able to do it through the Forum I think) and I'll set you up with a DVD-playable version. Unfortunately I don't even have the whole song, just the two solos (batteries in camera were dying). However it looks nicer than what is posted on Youtube.
