Donna, you love Welshponies? Here's a picture of my three ones. They are still in Sweden but maybe one fine day I can bring them over here... The brownish one (to the right) is "Mama" (Amazing) Grace and the two blackish ones her sons Colt (background) and Cougar (left). Sweet calm horses. Ack I miss them.... As for Sundae - I bet he thought I didn't see him so he could come along. He's been smuggled in to many hotels in his lifetime, but on long gigs I think he is better off at home with my friends.

Thanks you all for your input. I would say I have decided to go Mac asap. What confuses me a little is the Office for Mac. I intend to get a machine with both Mac and XP. Do I need two Office programs or can I install the one I already have but different ways?

Can anyone please buy him a real one???

Farmers. I have a dilemma. For years I have been THE PC person.. but now, since I saw my daughter's new Macbook Pro I started to drool. What a neat little machine and so many cool things you can do with it. Marcia I think you started my Mac thought this weekend and it didn't help to see Julia's new Mac. Now I am thinking... I have an Epson printer, an Epson scanner, a new 250 Gb extern HD....Buying a Mac - will I need to replace it all or is any of these machines compatible with a Mac? I know many farmers hold lots of knowledge about this so I ask you guys. Anyone?? Please. :confused:

Awww, Bakersfield. Sorry you felt singled out in a negative way. Everything said from whomever said anything - it was with great love and tounge in cheek. It was never meant to be mean in any respect, that much I must speak for my fellow farmers. Welcome to the farm. I hope you'll hang out here and get to know us all. This is the best and friendliest place you can come across. We really ARE like a big family meeting on different gigs. As for being drunk and all that - So what? Haven't we all been sometime in our lives? Let me join the club, even if it was along ago, and if Relic is the weird uncle, we also have a weird monkey here.... and I am probably .... hahaha.
