Steph, it's awesome that you stand by this family this way. Poor people!! I am thankful for what I have today. Friends, a good life a good job. It's been a long road to get where I am today but it was all worth it.

No, the few I have up will stay til Jan 13 at least. We have a different way "over there" and use advent as the foregoer to Christmas. Our tree does up the days right before Dec 24 and we celebrate until "20 Day Knut" - 20 days after. The we have a childrens party when the kids :undress" the tree and eat the candy (if any) in it. IT's an old custom and growing up the kids looked forward to it as this was one rare occation when we could get any sweets. So no. They are still up
