Some judges asked one of my students (selected as student of the year at our school) competing for state technical college student of the year....would you rather ride in the batmobile or the Oscar Meyer Wienee Wagon? I always thought that was strange.

Goodness, I do not know!~ So many to choose from. I don't have a favorite restaurant. Not much to choose from around here. I guess it would be my own chicken alfredo, unless I could go back in time and have my grandmother's fried chicken or pot roast.

Everyone says me, my brother and sister look a lot like my dad. However, I do have some of my mother's looks too....olive colored skin (Dad was very fair), dark brown eyes (Dad had green)...otherwise...I look like my Dad, which is unfortunate since I have been told by many that my Mom was the most beautiful woman they has ever seen, lol! Just my luck....

Breakdown, go ahead and give it to me! This is the song that made us all go "wow what a great lyric and guitar riff"!! It grabs you right away. Next in line the iconic "American Girl" because it so fit that time in my life. The others are great too....but these two really spoke to me.

It is definitely a one of a kind album! I am very pleased that there are some other folks out there who recognize real art when they hear it.

Gotta brush my teeth. Hope it never happens to me because there are several things on that list I never want to be without. Hmmm....guess I am a princess, lol!

Happy Birthday Teresa!

Awesome! It has to be the most overused word in the English language. Another one that drives me nuts is "utilize"...we don't simply use anything anymore, we utilize....who are you trying to impress?

Good grief! Just adopt a daughter if you want one.....you don't have to marry her, dumbass!

NO. I have walked out of a store because of poor customer service though. I usually do not return to a store if I am disappointed in them. I just take my business elsewhere.

Yep, got nothing much to do that day. Everyone spends time with their own families that day. All the get togethers are either before or after that day.

I love left over pizza! How about potato soup...done that one...

1. What book(s) are you currently reading? None right now. Can't seem to get interested right now. I go through cycles.
2. What’s the last book you started to read but didn't finish? Don't remember the name...it was a mystery novel by Kellerman
3. Do you ever give a book as a gift? I have often in the past.
4. You decide to give your friend a book store gift certificate for a gift: which store are you most likely to choose? Usually Barnes and Noble so they can order it online. I live in the boonies and we do not have a bookstore in town other than Walmart, lol!
5. Take this quiz: Are You a Hardcover Book or a Paperback Book? You Are an Ebook
You are ultra modern and cutting edge. You don't want to have to wait for anything if you don't have to.
You love technology, and you always are up for trying out the latest and greatest gadget.
Your tastes tend to fall outside the mainstream. You often can't find what you're looking for at a regular store.
You aren't the most patient person in the world. If you see something you want, you've got to have it as soon as possible!
6. For your own personal library, which would do prefer? All books be hardcover or all paperback? I tend to give away the paperbacks. I am more likely to keep a hardback. But I do have some paperbacks that are sentimental to me.

I don't like hyper, barking dogs of any size. I tend to gravitate towards the larger dogs like Australian Shepards, Labradors, Golden Retrievers etc. Probably because the only dogs I have ever owned were of these types. I have found that most people I know with little dogs...when I visit them....the little dogs jump all over you and bark uncontrollably. So, I just speaking from my limited realm of experience.

Once it was Tom, but I quickly changed to Mike when I realized that he wrote my favorite guitar licks. However, I really love them both. It takes both of them to make the music. neither would be as great without the other. I am in awe of them both and Benmont too. I am grateful to God for bringing them together. What a masterpiece of creation!

Where you live, will you be having a white Christmas? Not likely. Did in 1989 though - freaky year.
2. Best present you could receive this season? Diamonds or new car - not likely either one
3. Egg nog - regular or spiked with alcohol? Yuck....leave out the nog and give me the alcohol
4. Tell the truth, do you like fruitcake? Nope
5. Name your 3 favorite holiday songs? Christmas All Over Again, Oh Holy Night, don't have a 3rd one

Hey Nugget! We are a different sort of group...but we are usually positive and kind. You will like it here.

I have tried acupuncture and chiropracter and I am a traditional healthcare professional. There are many ways to heal. I don't rule out any method if it gives you results.

Happy Birthday Sharon!!!

Really cool! I would have loved to have seen them playing parts though. Steve and Scott could be the cops......did love Mike's solo performance!

Cold in S GA! Only got up in the high 30s today.

((Refugee))..It's harder on the holidays, I know. Lost mine when I was 22 yrs old. Seems so long ago now...

Wow, there are lots of things......I guess give birth. I was never blessed with the right circumstances for a child of my own. By the time I had a stable marriage and could have had one, I was already 40 years old. Didn't want to do the turkey-baster thing.

I had a friend who when I was in my 30s told me - you don't have to be married to have a child. I said....well I do. I could not bring a child into the world knowing he would not have both parents and that both parents wanted him. I did inherit a step-son when he was 14 and a niece when she was 14....so I certainly got the experience of raising teenagers. That is where my wrinkles came from.

Even the Losers -- it is soooo TPATH! However, it was a hard decision. I like all of them and have a special love for several of them.
