Depends on how much I liked the family member, I guess. I don't have pets in my house, so have never had the situation come up. We have had dogs in the past, but they had a house of their own.

Never for the same reasons. People are so rude and stupid nowadays. I remember when I was a kid, you would be thrown out for talking and a dude came around with a flashlight to check on stuff. It is a graceless age!

I don't like Sheryl for some reason. Can't put my finger on it. Has nothing to do with her music - don't particularly listen to her. Alanis is unique.

That's what I keep my husband around for --LOL!!! Not really, he's a sweety. However he is a really good handy man and can do most stuff himself. We hired a painter one time because we were so busy, but ended up doing the job ourselves. My husband does such a better job and is not messy at all.

So far...death of parents and grandmother to whom I was really close. I agree with Beamish...abandonment was tough too. I don't think the divorce was that tragic..although it may have been and I was in denial, lol!
It is true, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! I thought I had had it rough...but reading some of these posts....I have been blessed. Lots of love going out to all of you!

Intellectually curious, honest and tolerant, those born in the Year of the Pig can be relied upon for their loyalty and often make true friends for life.

Unfortunately I use it all the time for work. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't care if I had one at all. People are so rude with them and obviously can't drive and talk at the same time. But, if I do not have it with me, it seems all my students and co-workers have a crisis....

Gotta a doctor's appt and a division meeting today. They both suck! The first one, I get to hear the doc fuss at me, the second one, I get to listen to people fuss about stupid stuff that doesn't matter.
