Yippee !! My phone call came early and I got the job !! I start in 1 week !! What's great about it is, I can still work in my band at nights !!

I hate how it sticks to black pants. It seems you never know its there until, you get under a black light. It makes a dark sweater look bad too. And yes, I have given up wearing dark sweaters on stage if I know before hand that the club has a black light among its stage lights. I had one of those special lent brushes once, but I lost it long ago.

My beef today is getting my state government to answer a simple question.
Why is lying under oath permitted in some cases and not all. Why was the detroit mayor ( a black male ) not allowed to, but a certain (white female ) was. What would end my beef, would be that some state and my local county officials go on national TV ( say Oprah, or one of the other expose shows ) and just answer simple questions so the taxpayers of my state could see how they are "running" our state.
In the past year I have contacted many people in state government. All say that what happened to me was terrible, and shouldn't have happened, or they say that I should get a lawyer to handle a fraud case ( oh yeah, I've got money growing out of my a**, so I certainly can afford a lawyer !! ). If they've got nothing to hide, why not go on TV and tell the truth ? I know that the facts, and the legal papers on file in this case, would blow this county and state so open, that our economy would take a second seat to the corruption here . ( Look how the political corruption in IL. has hit the national news lately. ) Our governor has been all over the news lately about the stimulus package. I wonder how she would fare if asked about perjury being condoned in her state ? Bet she would lie, and say its not, but the facts state otherwise.

Its hard to believe a person saying that we have to cut spending when he's just signed the biggest government spending bill in history. And I would have more faith if he had "new" people and not so many of Clinton's people. Remember that Clinton deregulated the banks to begin with. I saw one of Clinton's advisors on TV yesterday, who says he doesn't know where the presidents figures are coming from.
Also seen where the avg. highway worker makes 32K a year, which would take up 87% of the money set aside for road repairs leaving only 13% for the actual material, which the experts say is not enought to buy the material ? So will just have to wait and see. Its to soon to say, but I'm still hoping for the best. Although a strong third party would be nice !!

Sort of makes you think of the stimulus package, its getting so big, you forget what all the numbers mean. How big can they go to ZZZ ? I mean what part of the alphabet do they stop at, and if you're in country (ie Russia) that doesn't use our alphabet, how do they measure there ?

I once had a Verizon person take my name off my Driver's license, thought my name was "chauffer" because I have that kind of licnese. And for years the bills and junk mail came to "Chauffer.......". When we went to switch service, they had a time trying to find that "person".

At least he won't be on every talk show like Clinton and Carter telling everyone how much better it was when they ran things !! That's why a young guy shouldn't be president...they have nothing but time on their hands. I think former President's should use George Washington as their example and quit public service, and stay out of the limelight.

working.( 6-6, then from 7-9) running 2 business', raising 2 teenage girls, adjusting to married life, and doing a single act every Sat that I had time. Also doing alot of recording.

1. does rain make you blue ? no, it makes my knees hurt !!
2.does rain improve or ruins ? Only if I have to move the band equipment and get soaked doing so.
3. have you ever danced/spalshed/played in the rain ? yes, and still do if I'm not doing anything else (helps if you have kids with you)
4.what do you like to do on rainy days ? watch movies
5. do you save for rainy days ? no

Maybe, it always makes me think when I watch films of families in the 20's and 30's packing up all their possesions and families into a car and moving west , how lucky we are. Times are tough for us now, but nowhere like that. Even the poorest of children seem to have a cell phone and cable !!
