Hey - for anyone that is not a member of the HCC, but still wants a shot at tickets for the Safeco Field show in Seattle, the Seattle Mariners are having their own little pre-sale starting this afternoon at 1:00 pm. That should at least get you ahead of the general public sale which starts Monday I think.
The code is: FELIX (4 ticket limit)

With the last lap perhaps not too far away for The Heartbreakers. ..here's hoping for many more laps all the same, it got me thinking...
Ringo and Paul together to play a couple of songs live with The Heartbreakers.
Neil Young to do a live album / show/ tour with The Heartbreakers..any one of that three card trick would be awesome.
King of The Hill live with Roger McGuinn.
Bruce Springsteen to do Straight into Darkness live with the Heartbreakers. Bruce told Tom that he really loved that song (as mentioned in Zanes book)
Dolly Parton and Tom to do a live duet...Insider or anything else..I can see Dolly and Tom vocally blending really well.
Rick Rubin to return as producer and do a garage rock type album with The Heartbreakers.
The Heartbreakers to do a country album ...Heartbreakers on the lost highway.
Willie Nelson to guest on a song on above album.
Benmont and Mike to pick the set list for 40th anniversary tour!
If even one of these things happened it would be awesome!
Excuse me if I have a place in my mind where I go time to time...

TomFest reacted to mikeroeder in Live Mudcrutch 2016 on Tom Petty Radio
On Facebook they say, "Own the complete 16-track collection as a member of the Highway Companions Club." So that means that the upcoming Mudcrutch live collection is 16-tracks. Unless they do a 2-LP version of this, I don't think this will be an RSD release (though, I hope I'm wrong-- a 2 LP Live Mudcrutch release for Kiss My Amps would be very nice to have!). I suppose they could do a 1 LP version, since they cut a track off of the last Live collection for Highway Companions to make it fit on one LP for Kiss My Amps.
