Interesting question - but not simple. The 2nd Amendment places restrictions on the reach of Federal Government. So yes, I'm all for limited government. However, the Supreme Court have ruled a number of times about the 2nd Amendment, and it still isn't clear what the original intent was, or how far restrictions can or should go on weapon ownership. The founders had muskets. We've made a few advances since then.

Talked to Mom a couple of days ago. The most important thing was about my Aunt - her only remaining sibling - that has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. The tests seem to show that it's been caught early and we're all optimistic!

I have regular glasses that turn dark when out in the sun. I heard this story about Seattle - we sell more sunglasses than any other place in the country. Not because the sun shines so much, but because it shines so little, everyone keeps losing their sunglasses and having to buy new again. LOL

Sure. Bought a homeless guy a burger a while back, and I occasionally give money to the folks that stand with signs at the freeway off-ramps. It reminds me that I shouldn't judge people.

Went to a Bob Seger concert last week, with Joe Walsh opening, and that's what I've been listening to. I downloaded a club show from Bob Seger from just before he hit it big, and I'm getting my Katmandu on. :-)

The only thing is probably my kids. They're all doing great but they'll always be front and center in my mind. My Mom is in her 80's and still worries about me every day, so I guess it never stops. :-)

We've had some beautiful spring weather lately, but today it's back to rain.

So many great ones, but lately I've been playing "Ten Years Gone" over and over on guitar so I'll go with that one today.

Winwood is playing his "surf green" American Custom Fender Stratocaster in that clip. I like the surf green also. I almost bought a Custom Telecaster in surf green but went for black instead. My favorite color on a guitar? I suppose candy apple red, but I also like a well done 2-tone sunburst.

Yeah, my kids got me watching The Walking Dead and that was pretty good. Kind of a weak season finale last night though. I've also been enjoying "Vikings" and "The Bible" on the History channel. Now it's time for "Game of Thrones" to start up again!
