No movies do that for me, but so many songs from throughout my life drop me right back into a place and time - usually with a girl I was with, or a certain group of friends. Way too many to even start listing. (not girls - songs.........LOL)

These setlists continue to be amazing. I'm hoping for something from Levon and The Band. I know they're big fans, and they would own something like "The Weight".

They actually did play it on the Hard Promises tour and a live version from Los Angeles is included on the Live Anthology. But they probably haven't played it since that tour. At least I can't recall any live versions on bootlegs since 1981.

I want to hear "Restless". I always loved that song, and have never heard it live before.

"Nightwatchman", and "Something Big". This is great stuff. I hope we get some kind of official live record and/or video of this tour.

Really some gems in there - "Fooled Again" and "To Find A Friend" were great. And "Willin'"? Very nice. And how about some love for The Monkees! "Steppin' Stone"....fantastic!

Really sad news. His keys were the defining sound of the Doors. I just recently watched a documentary on the making of the L.A. Woman record and much of it was narrated by Ray. Such a talented and intelligent guy. It's a big loss.

The last few days I've been cycling through "The Carpenter" CD from "The Avett Brothers".

Movie, I guess. But I am going to see McCartney's "Rockshow" in the theater coming up soon. I think the last time I saw a concert in the theater it was the simulcast of "The Last DJ" from the Olympic in L.A.
