Juliads, they played "Done Somebody Wrong" live back in 2003, it's on the Chicago Vic Theater bootleg. Let me know if you don't have that.

^^With a clubhouse like that, I can't see retirement coming!!

I could imagine a cover album, probably consisiting of stuff Tom played on the Buried Treasure Shows. I would love to hear them play Elmore James' "Shake Your Moneymaker"!
But...that's probably just wishful thinking.

Wow - here comes Mike's Gretsch! Would have been great to see this one, well....just a little bit more in focus.

To me it's not fathomable they kept this one off the album. It is undoubtedly one one their best tracks, especially where lyrics are concerned.
I would have gladly traded this one for "No Reason To Cry" or "High In The Morning".

What about renaming a road somewhere in Gainesville and/or L.A. "Tom Petty Boulevard" or "Heartbreaker Avenue" or something like that?
...as long as they don't call it "Breakdown Lane"...

Continuing Ref's idea here:
Since I think most of us have heard MOJO's bonus track / unreleased track by now, let's discuss those two remaining songs.
Your thoughts on Mystery Of Love (hope I picked up all the lyrics correctly...)?
Mystery Of Love
I got nothing to hold me here
ever since she disappeared
yeah, she left me without a kiss
it was my word against his
Lookin' back at the lights of town
this old car keep breakin down
gonna drive till it stops again
I done things I can't defend
That's the mystery of love
make you beg like a dog
when you know there's no chance
well, that's the mystery of love
Remember dancin' on summer nights
looked in her eyes as I held her tight
swore to myself I would treat her right
yeah, I got demons I got to fight
Let's not talk till these strangers leave
I'm tired of whispering up my sleeve
what I've lost can't be retrieved
and my pain can't be relieved
That's the mystery of love
make you beg like a dog
when you know there's no chance
well, that's the mystery of love
The act is stale and the jokes are old
the applause has been bought and sold
sooner or later my tent will fold
I cried out in a voice of gold
That's the mystery of love
make you beg like a dog
when you know there's no chance
well, that's the mystery of love
well, that's the mystery of love

They probably left it off because of the weak lyrics.
But, I must say, it reminds me more of "Too Much Ain't Enough", and therefore, I really like the song.
Plus, I absolutely dig the middle-eight - Tom's written a good one there!
A cool, sharp rock & roller, imho.
Wild!

Your thoughts on Little Girl Blues (hope I picked up all the lyrics correctly...)?
Little Girl Blues
If all your dreams
don't come true
if what you need
don't come through
then don't blame me
You be a good little girl
you get what you want
you be a good little girl
you get what you want
yeah, you get what you want
If every wish
don't fix your plans
and if you need
another man
don't blame me
You be a good little girl
you get what you want
you be a good little girl
you get what you want
yeah, you get what you want
You got a train
off the track
you got a doctor
who won't call back
yeah, you crave affection
that is never enough
well, it's one, two,
fall in love
If your friends
don't call no more
if no one's knockin'
on your door
then don't blame me
You be a good little girl
you get what you want
you be a good little girl
you get what you want
yeah, you get what you want
Oh baby

I can't see Europe happening either. Sad, but I guess I'll have to live with that.
To be honest, I'd rather have them in the studio than on the road any longer...
