1. Name one thing you like/liked about your mother, and one thing you dislike/disliked - My mom has been there for me unconditionally and there were definitely times that I put her to the test. The things I don't like is that she has and does worry ALOT. Constantly. 2. Name one thing you like/liked about your father, and one thing you dislike/disliked - My dad passed away when I was 14 so I didn't know him that well because my parents divorced when I was one. My stepdad basically raised us and he was less than pleasant a good part of the time. That's what I didn't like. What I did like is that he got very involved in things like Habitat for Humanity and some other organizations. 3. Name a trait you inherited from your mother, and one trait you inherited from your father - From my mom: Worrying... lol but I think what I got from both her and my stepdad was a love of travel. 5. Do/Did you get along with your parents? I am and have always been really close to my mom, wish I coulda been close to my dad, and was close to my stepdad once I became an adult. 6. I'm going to jump on the Africa train...I just read Wonderful Tonight and the way Patti Boyd describes Africa in the beginning when she was a child completely made me want to go there.

1. How often do you listen to music? Every day - all day long 2. Do you ever listen to the radio? What is your favorite station? Yes, I listen to it in whenever I am in the car. I love 100.3 The Sound here in L.A. - the classics like KLOS - sometimes 98.7 and sometimes KROQ-FM 3. How do you find new songs, albums, or artists to listen to? Well....mainly through work. I listen to new music all day long as part of my job. I recently found a new artist that I am soo excited about....but...anyway. Other than work, usually the radio, my husband or a friend will suggest something, or I'll hear it on a television show or in a film. 4. When was the last time you bought a CD? A digital music file? I swear my mind is just blank this morning. I don't remember. Usually buy CD's but occasionally a download for the Ipod. 5. Do you think any of the technologies and distribution methods mentioned above will still be around in ten years? Why or why not? I think everything will continue to evolve but I am with EchosofTom and still hold out hope for free radio...and I love the idea Ref that we could go back to vinyl. That would be cool. I was listening to the Sound 100.3 a couple of days ago and they always have album sides Wednesday and they were playing Sgt. Peppers on vinyl and I thought it sounded so cool.

I am sure that I have tried reading one before, but it must not have made an impact because I can't even remember what it was.

easy...failures....they sure have toughened me up a lot. Not sure how to meausre my successes other than that of my children.....as for Brandon's question...I wouldn't trade any bad decisions, although a couple of them still make me cringe a little when I think about them.... lol....

^ I am going to echo Beamish in saying that....when I was growing up, it was a big deal if it got to 100 degrees here in L.A. and now it routinely gets to 105-110 in the summer (here in the SF Valley at least) - and I can't explain why that's happening but it makes me wonder what is going on. It seems like you can feel the heat so much more intensely as each year passes. Aside from that, I didn't do anything for Earth Day except buy some reusable bags at the market because it's crazy how many plastic bags we got through.
