Terrible...I have a close friend that lost her 4 year old boy to a backyard pool drowning 8 years ago...it truly can happen in such a short time. Hoping Ruby makes a full recovery.

Jinkies!!! A kid was stabbed on our street yesterday by another kid and my oldest son was right there not knowing what had happened. This is really a nice area too (not a gang/crime scene..just stupid kids).

I like when it is the Monday for our monthly meeting.

I put other as they all appeal to me depending on my mood...'course I pass most of my time on this computer it seems.

The show last night was great. I'm not much a 'review' writer and I didn't write a set list either but we did get 'Sweet William'. One thing that sticks out is when TPATH did the Wilbury's 'End Of The Line' and Tom got to the lyrics "I'm just glad to be here, happy to be alive"...he got this huge smile that lit up his face. I would have to say that all the Heartbreakers have such sweet, genuine smiles that show how much they still enjoy performing. Tom said they have played Summerfest so many times that it feels like they are playing for friends. I had an aisle seat in the 8th row. Was a bit hard to see and get any decent pictures but was able to step in the aisle a few times. It was a sold out crowd of 23,000 and nothing too obnoxious around me going on other than having more beer spilled on my ankles than I probably consumed that afternoon. All in all an enjoyable show and I agree it did feel like hanging with old friends. Steve Winwood was wonderful---LOVED Mr. Fantasy.

Yes, the Fox Valley...I don't think I appreciate what a nice area it is since I've always been here.
