    We have a Lhasa Apso, Gypsy...poor old girl is 14 and has really been showing her age the past year..she's kind of a pain in the ass as she smells and has cysts and eyes that need constant tending to, but I think she still has quality of life and we will keep her comfortable in her golden years. (I swear though after she is gone..NO MORE DOGS!).

    Who is your favorite author? A couple are Jaquleyn Mitchard & Jodi Picoult

    What is your favorite appetizer? deep fried just about anything

    Where did or where do you plan to go to college? No college but I took a Travel Train course after high school

    When did you have your Golden Birthday? (a Golden Birthday is when you are the same age as the birth date. IE: you turned 20 on the 20th) 8/17/85

    Why did you pick the outfit you currently have on? warm and comfy to sleep in

    Believe it or not, I met a woman in a support group around the time that my son was killed, (early 90s), she was breast-feeding her daughter while driving and crashed the car, her husband was severely injured and the baby was killed. This was back right before passenger airbags were mandatory so her husband, who was in the passenger seat, was in the hospital for quite a long time (but eventually recovered.) Tragically enough she also had to live with the guilt that the baby may have cushioned her from the accident and saved her life. I wonder what happened to that woman?

    Talk about a buzz-kill conversation stopper! Noone ever thinks it could happen to them. I hope that dumbass lady realizes how lucky she is.

    Amy..without being too nosey...I never knew you had a son that was killed, what happened? (sorry if it has been mentioned and I never saw...)

    1. What was the last new song you discovered? Michael McDermott has a new CD coming out this spring 'Hey La Hey'...so excited!

    4. Who was the last new person you met? A new mom in my special needs support group..darnd if I can even remember her name though.

    5. What was the last new "toy" you played with? pffft...nothing new around here...
