CANCER SUCKS!! A friend's husband (44) died last night from it and our wonderful next door neighbor (Esther-78) is literally on her deathbed after being diagnosed at Christmastime. So much suffering...

Yes, from my backyard...the park is about 5 blocks away so we see them well enough from home and get to watch all the drunks stumble past our house. Our neighborhood is like a circus on the 4th with all the people and traffic.

The question should be assumed for vanity/wrinkle purposes..but I had to answer yes as Griffin receives many Botox injections to help reduce his muscle tone/spasticity and has a been a very positive procedure for his quality of life. Grif's Neurologist has told me stories of doctors he has trained and one gave too much Botox around a woman's eye and her lid literally drooped over her eye. She complained she had to lift the lid in order to put on her make-up..the doctor found that hysterical and thought 'Why bother'?

Yes...my sister (from my father's first marriage) is having everyone over after being somewhat estranged for years...could go either way I guess, hopefully we've all realized what is truly important in life and can have a good time. She & her family have never even met Griffin - YIKERS! (That reaction alone could make or break the day...luckily I have a sense of humor & have developed a bit of a 'rhino skin' over the past 6 years).

I have to leave my house-but that may only be for a very mini-vacation down at Waverly Beach to sit at the Tiki Bar for a few hours.

No...used up that hotel reservation this past weekend! Need to make another for August though.
