I got my copy of Rolling Stone yesterday and read that excerpt. I loved Benmont's humor in it. I guess we can only hope that Mudcrutch will tour.

More people flock to Twitter as a conduit for information
HeartbreakerFan replied to Refugee's topic in Depot Street
I don't get this either. I thought maybe I was the only one who felt like that. I have a co-worker who brags about all the people she follows on Twitter. I wanted to ask her, but I kept my mouth shut--Do you really think Ryan Seacrest is talking to you? and if he really is, does he really give a ___ what you think or text back to him. -

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful night with us! -
Beth, I loved looking at your pictures. They were all so good, and all the flowers and blooming trees looked so beautiful. I would love to go to London one day. I look forward to seeing more of your pics.

1. Would you return to high school life for a week? Why or why not? (If you're currently in high school, would you redo your experiences in high school so far?) No desire to do that; I enjoyed college much more than high school. 2. What is/was your favorite subject in high school? Actually Typing and Business classes 3. What is/was your favorite high school hangout? What do/did you do there? For some reason, everyone met at the Hardees parking lot. We listened to music, talk, and cruised up and down the main strip. 4. Who are/were your favorite three teachers in high school? I didn't really have any favorites. 5. What was the craziest thing you did in high school? I was pretty quiet and shy; I just watched the others go crazy. 6. Take this quiz - Who Were You In High School? You Were the All American Kid Popular but not plastic. Athletic but not a jock. Smart but not a brain. You were well rounded and well liked in high school.

Charlie T. is so cute. His little face reminds me a lot of my Russian Blue kitty, Snoopy, when he was a baby.

Long Hot Summer Days - Sara Watkins -
I thought Sara did a wonderful job last night with Long Hot Summer Days, and I also enjoyed seeing her perform. I hope she makes a video to release to CMT and GAC. I am also enjoying her new album--there are a lot of good songs on it. My favorite right now is Too Much with some others as close second. I did find the following clip on CMT featuring Sara and JPJ talking about her new album if you are interested. Sara and John Paul Jones on CMT

Happy Belated Birthday Amylou! I hope you had a good one. -
In My Time of Dying - Led Zeppelin Nurk--your entry for king of the hill did not show up on my computer when I posted Fool in the Rain. The last entry that showed up on my computer when I made my entry was Fool on the Hill. Sorry my entry messed up your game.
